Freight Notice: Truck Delivery
The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Someone must be present at the time of delivery and a signature will be required. Please note that the drivers are contracted to deliver to the end of the truck only. You will be responsible for unloading the truck. Drivers do not provide inside delivery (over the threshold) as part of their service. For this reason, especially for oversized items, we recommend that you have help available to unload and move the item to its final location. Note: Lift Gate and delivery over the threshold will be included for all products weighing over 150 lbs
