THE STEP 2 EXTREME COASTER WAS IN STOCK AND ARRIVED QUICKLY. IT WAS THE BEST PRICE ON THE WEB. IT WENT TOGETHER IN UNDER 1/2 HOUR AND MY 3 YEAR OLD FIGURED IT OUT IMMEDIATELY. WE COULDN'T GET HIM OFF OF IT. MY 1.5 YEAR OLD LAUGHED WATCHING HIS OLDER BROTHER GET LAUNCHED ACROSS THE YARD. IT IS NICE BECAUSE THE WEIGHT LIMIT IS 75LBS AND RECOMMENDED FOR 3-8YEAR OLDS SO WE SHOULD GET LOTS OF USE OUT OF IT. |

Hello! Just letting you know everything arrive perfect. The asemblly of the house was very easy to understand. Only thing is the house says for children 3 to eight years old and its to little for eight years old. It is perfect for 2 to 3 years old.that is the age of my children.
Other than that i am a very satifiy customer. Kids have not used it yet, but I am pretty sure they will love it. Also very happy no parts were missing greatly appreciate that. Again thank you from a happy customer. |

I placed an order for the Step2 Naturally Playful® Clubhouse Climber after finding it here for the best price AND there was no delivery charge. I was also concerned that I had ordered it too late to get it in time for my son's 2nd birthday party the following week. But to my suprised, after speaking to Jackie(?) who was extremely helpful, offered a few suggestions to get it delievered on time. Needless to say, it all worked out and we even got it a day earlier than expected! My son loves it and skipped his afternoon nap playing outside once it was assembled. Thank you for making his birthday extra special! |

I was very satisfied with Toys and Home. I recently purchased two caution signs, the green child-like free standing warning sign.
Although I did have a shipment problem, I was relieved to see that upon sending an email on a Friday evening I was responded to within 24 hours and the problem was quickly remedied. Customer service such as this is what will make me return.

I was looking at the Little Tikes Rocky Mountain Race water slide. I found a link to the Toys and Home website but had never heard of the store. I decided to call the phone number listed at 8:00 pm on a Sunday night to hopefully listen to a recording so I would know if it was a legitmate website/business. I could not believe a person answered the phone and answered all my questions about the product! We are looking forward to using our new water slide. Thank you! |
