Our first experience with Toys and Home was wonderful. The price on the item we purchased was fair but the free shipping made it incredible compared to the actual manufacturers website. I was concerned with delivery time because the item is a present for a childs first birthday and it was the big present. I e-mailed Toys and Home with my concerns and received a very polite, complete response in just a few minutes assuring me my package would indeed arrive in time for our party ~ and it did.
The packaging was torn up pretty badly, but that is no fault of Toys and Home. We will assemble the toy today, for the party tomorrow.
Thank you Toys and Home ~ we'll be certain to visit your site often!

I'm sure you will remember the above mentioned toy that I ordered for my grandson for Christmas. You shipped it to England for me.
I just wanted to say that I'm so glad I went ahead with the order, even though the postage made it expensive. It was exactly what I was hoping it would be and my darling little first grandson Benjy LOVED it!

-Prompt and continuous responses via email
-Same or next day shipment although their site allows them several business days to respond.
-prices are equal or less than numerous sites I visited for price comparisons.
-provided very good details on the merchandise being sold. Most sites didn't provide any detailed information on their products.
-The closest Wal-Mart or related department store from my residence is 60 miles. The County I live in is approx 900 sq miles with a population of about six thousand four-hundred (6400). Our family shop online frequently. Toys and Home is a competetive option that provides home delivery and are customer oriented. |

This was my first order with Toys and Home and I cannot beleive how quickly I received my items. It's Christmas which more people use as an excuse to slow things down- you guys are amazing!
