So happy with the service I received from your company. I ordered a gift for my grandson at the last minute( for his birthday) nancy was so helpful and contacted me right away that the playhouse I wanted would arrive with her that day and called me that it would ship the next morning. I ordered on Jan 4 and received it jan 6..the day before I needed it! My grandson loved it! I will defintely order from this company again! |

We purchased an item for our daughter for Christmas. Every other store we shopped on-line was out of stock. Not only did Toys and Home have the item in stock, they were 25-30% less than any other place that had it listed. To top it off we placed the order on the 16th of December and received it on the 21st in plenty of time for Christmas.
I would highly recommend Toys and Home for their pricing as well as the timeliness of delivery. Great place to shop. |

This company should be rated 5 Star. It was a very professional transaction and they delivered in a very timely manner. The item was just as described, a better price than anyone else, and when I had a question about the delivery of the item, the service personnel were very professional and good-humored. All in all it was a great experience and will buy from them in the future. |

It took a little longer than anticipated for the order to ship due to issues/backordering in the warehouse. However, the communication was EXCELLENT and all of my emails were answered in the same day.

I just wanted to say thank you to Toys and Home for having such wonderful customer service. I was really upset when I couldn't find a specific toy that my son really wanted. He has had a very rough year with seeing multiple specialists and if a toy could bring a smile to his face then I had to find it. Toys and Home was the only company who had the toy. They continuously reassured me that it would come in the mail and not be cancelled like so many other companies had done to me. When the item came in the mail I literally cried. Toys and Home didn't just do their job they brought happiness to a child and a mother. Thank You. I will continue to order from them in the future. |

THE STEP 2 EXTREME COASTER WAS IN STOCK AND ARRIVED QUICKLY. IT WAS THE BEST PRICE ON THE WEB. IT WENT TOGETHER IN UNDER 1/2 HOUR AND MY 3 YEAR OLD FIGURED IT OUT IMMEDIATELY. WE COULDN'T GET HIM OFF OF IT. MY 1.5 YEAR OLD LAUGHED WATCHING HIS OLDER BROTHER GET LAUNCHED ACROSS THE YARD. IT IS NICE BECAUSE THE WEIGHT LIMIT IS 75LBS AND RECOMMENDED FOR 3-8YEAR OLDS SO WE SHOULD GET LOTS OF USE OUT OF IT. |
